What Can Be Done For Poorly Controlled Type 1 Diabetic With Complication Of Ketoacidosis?

Yes,my 37yr old has type 1 diabetes, poorly controlled. He just does'nt want to be consistent in his insulin regulation. He was admitted to the ICU 2 days ago, with ketoacidosis. I fear for his life, I don't know what to do to help him. What do I do?
