What Can Be Next Post Suboxone Program?

Hello , my question is where do I go AFTER I COMPLETE the SUBOXONE program ?????? I am coming down I am on 4mg a day now but scared to death.... I am losing my Crutch so to speak Help me Please Sincerely Tammy

1. Suboxone [buprenorphine hydrochloride with naloxone] is approved for the treatment of opiate dependence,and is the first narcotic drug available under the Drug Abuse Treatment Act (DATA) of 2000 for the treatment of opiate dependence that can be prescribed in a doctor’s office.

2. The main thing to do after completion of program is/are preventive measures which include:
i. education
ii. tailored distribution
iii. supervised dose induction
