What Can Be Used To Remove Black Spots Due To Acne?

hello sir m rahul i have acne over my forehead ever time when they resolve give black spots they worse on exposure to sun light i try mellalite plus brite fusibet and azitromycin nw acne get clear but black spot persist and worse after exposure to sunlight and due to sun allergy painful eruption of boil what can i do

As per your complain black spots left after acne can be due to post inflammatory hyperpigmentation and it can take a comparatively longer time to resolve..
You can wash your face with salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash..
Apply creams containing Kojic acid, Glycolic acid and arbutin
Apply azelic acid cream and Vitamin E ointment..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week using a gentle scrub..
Take Vitamin C supplements ..
You can also go for treatments like Microdermabrasion, chemical peeling, Fractional CO2 lazer etc..
