What Can Cause Abnormal Behavior When Taking Suboxone For Heroin Addiction?
My son is taking suboxone to reduce heroin addiction/withdrawal. He has been showing up looking good with clear eyes and then within 10 minutes his eyes are dopey and his words are slurred and he gets agitated easily. It seems that he must be doing some type of drug while taking the suboxone. What would cause this behavior? Thanks
Suboxone has also opioid derivative bupronorphine. It would help u decrease the withdrawal of heroin. After taking it he would get same high as heroin. It is difficult to tell better he takes any other drug with suboxone or not. To confirm that u can get his urine investigated. That would give u clear cut picture.
thanks
