What Can Cause Burning In The Mouth?

i suffer with severe throbbing in my mouth and burning of the tongue which sometimes feels as if my throat is burning. the throbbing sensation has been going on for approx 4yrs with no restbite from it. i had my gallbladder removed approx 2yrs ago and get a really bad build up of acid in my stomach and pain in the right side, this all seems to ba associated. i have tried all sorts of indigestion remedies including lanzoprosol and omeprozol but nothing seems to work.

Hello,

You may be suffering from acute gastritis with GERD (Gastroesophageal reflux disease) or pharyngitis etcetera. Other possibilities are food intolerance or irritable bowel syndrome etcetera.

Avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks. Please consult your physician so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.
