I am a diabeteic of 36 years and have hemmoraging in my eyes and a cholesterol spot I am watched closely for. I have had some pain that felt like irration in the right eye for about a week now and today it has gone to a steady pain and some blurred vision,

Your present pain is not due to haemorrhage or cholesterol spot in your retina. It is because of something else. There are many complications of diabetes in the eyes.
Get your eye pressure checked every 3 months.
If everything ok take paracetamol sos
