My 7 year old son has always been a poor sleeper. The last 2 weeks we have given him .3 of MG of Melatonin nightly and his sleeping and eating have improved dramatically. He went from sleeping barely 8.5 hours per night to nearly 11. Because the long term effects of Melatonin are unclear, we would like to give him a placebo in the Melatonin bottle. Any suggestions to replicate the smell and taste of Melatonin would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I would like to say that your son is just 7 years old and no need to think about the placebo effect because it is out of the question you can discus with the doctor and ask to omit the drug, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
