What Care And Precautions Be Taken In Pregnancy So It Could Not Lead To Miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage in April and I found out last week I am pregnant again. my dr is doing hcg level checks every 48 hours they go up but he wont schedule any appointments or anything yet and I am so afraid of losing this one. I am not having any spotting or any cramps I feel fine. Should I be worried?

Hello,

You need to take following precaution to avoid miscarriage:

a) Avoid heavy work/ long journey/ lifting heavy objects/ too much bending/ high heal shoe/ walking on uneven surface/ more ups & downs etc.

b) Take complete bed rest till the problem is resolved. Non-prescribed medication should be avoided.

c) Take healthy protein rich diet and drink more water for better feto-placental circulation. Maintain genital hygiene properly.
