Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My 11 year old daughter got dizzy in the shower. Thinks she fainted. No injuries. She says she has a bit of nausea, slight pain when breathing in and out. Stabbing pain in the back of head. Seems to be ok. Should we take her to the Er, or wait it out?

Hai. She might have run through very hot or very cold water, dizziness is due to sudden vaso vagal effect. She might have had a fall, for which she has got symptoms of headache, nausea, .pls take her to the er, to rule out any injury to the head, pls go for a ct brain or mri brain, and get her all the vitals checked and keep her for observation at least for 24 hours
