What Cause Light Spotting And Hard Belly While On Yasmin Pill?

I had very light spotting after my last peroid. Im on the pill yasmin and i have been for two years. Now my belly feels hard but very bubbly and windy. Im super paranoid that im pregnant, im due to come off the pill again in the next couple of days for my peroid.. if it arrives? Help!
