What Cause Sudden Increase In The Sugar Of 184 With Medication?

Sir I am a Type II diabetic patient for over 20 years.Recently my sugar level came to normal after taking TriGlynase forte -1000 twice + 20 units of Mixtard 30 insuline.My weight was 91Kg.height 6ft. Recently Doctor changed to Exapride 20 units + Levimir 30 units .My sugar level has crossed 184 again.What to do?

Hello,
There is nothing to worry for this as sugars can be normalised by either increasing the dose of LEVEMIR or by adding an additional drug belonging to alpha glucosidase inhibitor like VOGLIBOSE .3 mg three times a day.
Consult your doctor for the necessary changes.
