What Caused A Pop In The Front Part Of My Husband S Head?

my husband felt a pop in the front part of his head, he said he felt fluid when it popped. He did throw up 30 minutes before the pop. He wasnt driving right on his way home about an hour ago. He is laying down resting and says he isnt in any pain should i be worried?
