What Caused A Small Bump In My Arm Pit?

I have a small lump under my ampit that is sore and moves when palpated. It is tender in that area when i press my arm to my side. I am 38 y/o female, with no current medical illness. 5 5 , 156 lbs. Hx of right breast lumpectomy aprox 5 yrs ago (benign).

It could be a skin infection. I suggest you to take a course of an oral antibiotic e.g either Amoxicillin or Cephalexin for a week.
