So I just went to use the bathroom thinking I only had to poop, however when I did start it turmed into explosive diarrhea and then when I passed gas a lot of blood came out. It didn t hurt and I feel perfectly fine physically just concerned as to what may the possibilities be? My stomach doesn t hurt and I domt feel like I have a fever. Just tired.

Things that cause diarrhea with gas and blood, but no fever:

- Diverticulosis (maybe the most likely depending on your demographics and risk factors)
- Hemorrhoids
- Arteriovenous malformations
- Colon or rectal cancer

I would recommend speaking with your doctor about this. If it continues, or if you feel very lightheaded, dizzy, or weak, I would recommend going to the ER. GI bleeds should not be taken lightly.
