What Causes Fades And Patches On Left Side Of The Nose?
Hello Doctor, My left side of the nose is always turning black and getting back to normal colour after the pimples and acne fades and I always get them only on the left side and hence my nose appears darker with patches. Can you clarify the reason behind this? Thanks.

Hello,
There is no specific reason for unilateral acne or it may be rhinopyoma. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use clindamycin gel locally twice a day for five days.
Use tablet doxycycline 100mg twice a day for five days. If no improvement please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
