Hi my name is Julie I am 41 I was diagnosed with IBS when I was 18 years old- I have been rying to cope with this disorder for several years- It seems to get worse with stress although at time I will have a flare up out of the blue I will alternate between diarrhea and constipation- I have colonoscopies every 5 years for my polyps and I am 5 ft 7 with a continual wieght generally between 120 to 127 last several months it has been about 122. I had yearly bloodwork this past May all normal. I notice that I can not digest fatty foods well. My gallbladder was removed in 2007- My friends have been asking if I may possibly have celiac disease- What are the symptoms of that disorder? Does the symptoms I mentioned sound like that to you?
