What Causes A Blurry Vision After An Accident?

In an auto accident, hit from behind. Vision in right eye is blurry, gets worse when I bend over. Had a cat scan, C3 & C4 slightly bulging, everything else ok. Opthomologist exam said vision is ok. I get nauseous at times. What is the cause of my blurry vision and will it go away or should I seek additional medical attention. It has been 5 days since the accident.

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Concussion of brain can give rise to blurry vision. Get eye examination done. It may slowly recover and become normal.
