What Causes A Bruised Nose, sore Throat With Sneezing And Headache?

Hey, on Monday I woke with a bruised feeling on the left side of my nose, where the bridge meetts by face. The pain is now moved to the middle and the other side as well and my nose feels like it will explode when i bend down or tilt my head down. If I pinch my nose it makes a strange crackling feeling. I am a little stuffy and have a sore throat and am sneezing a lot and have headaches in my forehead and aches in my top front teeth. Could this be a sinus infection? Thank you

Dear Friend.
Welcome To HCM.
I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I have read your query in detail.
I understand your concern.
This can be due to an acute allergic rhinitis or Sinusitis.
I would advise you to get an Xray PNS done.
Also, in such conditions i also prefer to add Levocetrizine.
This is my best advise for you based on available details.
Reply with answers of these questions preferably in point wise manner.

Stay Healthy.
