General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to smoking.
I suggest to avoid smoking and drink liquids.
That water cools down the smoke before it hits your lungs and will actually soothe the burning sensation in your throat.
I also suggest anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the inflammation.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
