What Causes A Lump At The Back Of The Throat?

i have a lump back my throat on the pharynx i believe it is about the size of a dime maybe .. it dont hurt i got it when i had strep throat but it was alot bigger then it just has not gone down all the way and it has been a few months so i am wondering if it is something serious ?? i am 31 good health non smoker or drinker for 8 years

Dear until unless examination is done it is difficult to tell what is the cause for your problem. There may be tonsillitis or Adenoid hypertrophy or malignancy may be the possibility.
