What Causes A Ribcage Lump And Discomfort With Swelling?

I have bloating and bubbles and can hear liquid trapped in under my left rib cage. also when I breathe out I feel a obvious bump, I can push it in and it is very uncomfortable. Feels like a swollen organ under my left lower rib. What could it be. I exercise 7 days a week, 5'9 136 lbs, low blood pressure, low to normal fasting blood glucose, liver enzymes are fine. All blood tests seem normal
