What Causes A Sore On The Inside Of The Cheek?

hi ive felt a lot of pain due to what i assume is a small canker sore on the inside of my cheek nearly touching the gums of the very back/bottom teeth. I checked it out and its a very tiny white dot...but with a black dot in the middle. Is it just a canker sore? What should i do to treat it?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.

As per your complain it seems like a canker sore only and as it might have got inflamed it is extremely painful..
As per the location that it is present it can also be due to cheek bite in that area leading to formation of an ulcer..
I would advise you to apply a numbing gel over the ulcer, take Ibuprofen or diclofenac for pain, gargle with soda bicarb solution and suck ice..
Avoid hot and spicy food, take soft diet and drink plenty of water..
Maintain a good oral hygiene..
In case if it does not improve in a week consult an oral physician and get evaluated and treatment can be done according to the cause..
