What Causes A Visual Snow?
I think I have visual snow and I can see flickering yellow/blue lines across my vision when I look at a white wall or sometimes if I close my eyes. When I'm trying to go to sleep, I have bluish white waves in my eyes, I think this might be an ocular migraine but it happens nearly every night for the last few weeks.

It seems from the history that you are having flickering of yellow blue lines across the visual field. These are classically seen as a part of migraine in the prodromal phase. The other causes are these can be colored halos or floaters. Hence this requires examination to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.
