What Causes Abdominal Discomfort, fever And Nausea?

I am 4 weeks postpartum (C section) and came down with a fever two days ago and felt achy and very tired. I am nursing, but had no signs of clogged ducts (I routinely had them with my first child and never got mastitis). My fever was gone yesterday but I still felt tired and achy and nauseous. Today I am not quite so achy and tired, but am still nauseous and I think I have a heightened sense of smell. I wonder if I got food poisoning (I did have some abdominal discomfort, but no diarrhea) or did I come down with an enterovirus infection?
