What Causes Abdominal Pain And Constipation?

GM Doctor, My wife is suffering from fever and stomach pain for last week, she taken medicine Paracip for fever and Becosules Paraxin for abdomen pain aft Dr Advice. She got relief from fever but unable to pass stool from past 4 days and vomiting...... Seeking your suggestion as she is in Rural area unable to get Medical Help easily...

You have problem of constipation.
Some medicine may cause constipation problem.

Lack of water intake and less high fiber diet may cause constipation problem.

You have history of constipation that is from 4 day only.Reduce gastric motility lead to constipation.

Less physical activity may cause constipation problem.

For constipation problem you have to modify your diet like...

Drink more water per day.
Do regular exercise.

Take high fiber foods like whole grains, oats,beans....etc.
Avoid stress and alcohol drinking.

Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables.
Beet greens help in digestion.
Warm water every morning helpful for constipation.

Avoid gaseous food like...
cabbage,
Cauliflower,
turnips,
broccoli,
carbonated drinks etc...

You can take bulk forming agent like psyllium.
Stool softner can use in constipation.

Consent a gastroenterologist for further treatment.
