What Causes Abdominal Pain In Children?
my daughter is 10 yrs old,35 kgs.she is suffering from stomach pain on either side since last one month.she was treated with digene,superspas,cyclopam,colimax,metal spas,norflox and deworming twice.But no relief. The pain comes & goes and the duration is 2-3 hours.she has a vomiting sensation &is also vomiting since last few days.Her blood ,esr,stool ,urine tests are normal.Her USG done twice is also normal.BUT PAIN PERSISTS OFF & ON.Please advice.

Considering the age of the child let us consifer the possibility of IBS / colitis/ psychological aspect too.
Get one enteroclysis and CT scan of the abdomen done. IF this is normal and since she has got almost all the medicines till now , gt on the line of psychological problem as one of ht most important cause. Watch for any signs of stress in the school or family .
