What Causes Abdominal Pain, Vomiting And Elevated Blood Count?

my son age 7 swallowed a chuck e cheese coin. it took almost 31/2 weeks to pass. two weeks later he ended up in the hospital with abdominal pain,vomiting, elevated blood count,. after 2 days they said it was a infetion, maralax for constipation. now 1 week later, vomition and more abdominal pain . what could be going on???.

It seems that previous infection has not been completely cured.
I would like to ask you what antibiotics are given previously and for how many days.
