What Causes Abdominal Pain?

Patients History:
I got married on January 2003. At April 2003, I took birth control pill for the first time. In the same month when my circle started I suffered intolerable lower abdomen pain. After that when I consulted with my physician (Dr Hafizur Rahman), he suggested me to do an Ultrasonography test. And he also told me to conceive as early as possible and he also advised me not to take any types of contraceptives furthermore. After that I never took any kind of contraceptive pills. I conceived at April 2004 and had a baby boy by normal delivery.

After my delivery, my circle was always regular and I never had to suffer from any abnormal pain. It should be mentioned that after my delivery, neither me nor my husband took any kind of contraceptive till date. But I also never conceived in last 5 years. Over the last one year, I suffered too much heavy flow and lower abdomen pain during my circle. And it should be noted that, my circle was always regular. The probable last date of my circle was on 19th of October and I was abroad from 15th to 23rd of October. Therefore I wanted to stop my circle for that period of time. In order to stop my circle, I took suggestion from one of my sister who told me to take a pill named “Normens”. I took that pill twice a day from 14th to 23rd of October. From 27th of October, my circle started normally. But after some time a ball shaped object covered with blood fall down from my vagina while I was washing myself. After that an intolerable pain started at 30th of October and my circle totally stopped but the pain was there all the time .When I couldn’t able to tolerate the pain anymore, I went to my physician about whom I have previously mentioned. He told me to do an Ultrasonography. In the report, he found that I have got two cysts on my right ovary .And he also suggested me to take an injection named “Decapeptyl Depot” (3.7 mg) in every 28days with a genetic name “Triptorelin”.

At last, I would like to inform you that my grand mother and also my mother were patients of ovary and uterus cysts which after few years turned into breast cancer.

I took 4 dose of inj as my physician suggested. He told me that when i took the 1st dose my menstruation will be stopped for 8/9 months. but after taking 4 course my circle regularly happen its own way. what could i do now.
