What Causes Abortion Every Time?

I had abortion 2 times due to cardiac activity absent. I am undergone hystereoscopy due septate uterus. Even after surgery at 3rd time, I had abortion in 7th week, when ultrasound sonography shows below findings:
1. cardiac activity absent 2. decidual reaction poor 3.Embryonic demise 4. CRL - one cm

I was under medication of SUSTAIN 100mg injection, Progesterone 200mg tablets every day, Duphaston 10mg daily.

What could be reason for abortion for every time? What are possible treatment for this? how much possibility to have normal pregnancy in future. Please advice.
