General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The issue suggests intestine infection. In our clinic, we recommend proper GI antibiotics with metronidazole or Rifaximin, probiotics with lactobacillus, analgesics, and correction of the fluid-electrolyte imbalance with IV fluids or oral rehydration salt as per the clinical severity.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
