I hope this site really help but please my sister is suffering from a concussion and I have to watch over her and she keeps waking up from a dead sleep mumbulling and trying to move and speak and I think its anxiety and she she is telling me shes asking for help and shes asking me questions I previously answered and its scaring me into a panic and anxiety attack what should she take? I know fish oil helps but but please help she is crying in her sleep like shes having a bad dream what is your thought on melatonin for its antioxident propertys?

Her symptoms more likely due to following conditions: -Delirium: for that detail neurological and medical assessment is needed. -Seizure: It is common to have some abnormal behavior during seizure. Concussion also increases chances for developing seizure.
