Hi i am 6 weeks pregnant and i have lower back pain i am very worried as i have had 3 miscarriages before and never had a successful pregnancy, is back pain normal at this stage? it hurts most when i cough or stand up. im age 23 and 5"7, i am scared everytime i go to the loo incase i see blood.
HI Well come to HCM In first trimester back pain is very less likely, the reason may not be due to pregnancy but this could be muscular pain, if the ante natal findings are okay then this is nothing to worry, you can manage this pain with any local analgesic cream, try to maintain good posture, you can even consult gynecologist for further instruction just for precaution looking to your history of miscarriage, hope this information helps, take care.
