What Causes Back Pain With Narrow Gap Between L5 And S1?
iam rajan from Puducherry,an artist designing logos and monogram and interested in calligraphy.i developed pain in the back in 2001.consulted an orhto doctor.then applied medicinal herbal oil in the affected area for 45 days . Till last week i was managed to travel and do day to day work.Again i feel difficult to drive my two wheeler .consulted a doctor. he told me that the gap is norrow between L5 and S!. what i have ti do to reduce pain and to do my day to day activities
Rajan, 1st if all u need to know that u have to maintain ur sitting posture, like use of pillow at back while on chair for long time sitting, 2nd u need to c orthopaedic to review u for ur spinal curvature n he will teach u exercisesfor back whici u have to continue for quite some time..(even Iif u get btr in 10 days u have to continue for atleast 6 mnths).. U need to undergo physiotherapy for few sittigs along with mild analgesics and muscle relaxants..and local aplication of painkiller gells. lying down on tummy for 20 mins at nyt will help u too...
