Sometimes an Intrauterine contraceptive device can mobilize from its normal place and need to get removed. After removal of IUCD some women may experience symptoms like abdominal cramps, minimal bleeding for a few days to few weeks sometimes. Usually these symptoms will subside without treatment or with basic treatment like analgesics and anti-fibrinolytic drugs.
If the bleeding persists or further increases, better to consult your gynecologist once, get examined and go for an ultrasound to rule out any injury due to IUCD. This work-up will help in finding the possible cause of your problem and treatment can be taken accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
