Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I have had mild to moderate nausea that started yesterday. My stomach is mildly bloated, accompanied with moderate gas and I have been lightheaded. Last night the room started spinning just as I was about to fall asleep. I had what seemed like hot flashes for several hours and then that went away. Today there's still lightheadedness and swelling with what feels like indigestion but there hasn't been any real pain.

Some advices that I can give to you are : -Avoid chewing gum. -Limit your intake of carbonated drinks. -Avoid foods that cause gas, such vegetables in the cabbage family, dried beans, and lentils. -Eat slowly and avoid drinking through a straw. -Use lactose-free dairy products.
