What Causes Bloating, Nausea And Acidity?

Hello

for the past two months i have been suffering with extreme bloating and constantly feeling nauseous. It often feels as though my stomach is on fire. When i pass a stool it also feels like this is acidic/hot.

I have had blood tests which came back negative and also a stool test for H. plyroi bacteria which came back negative.

Please help.
