What Causes Bloating Of Stomach?

I am 65 year old female fairly good health. however, I do have very bad dr diagnosed IBS but it has been way out of control for 2 months now. My stomach is so swollen and bloated, daily gerd and stomach feels like it weights 30 lbs. I look 9 months pregnant and cannot wear some of my clothes and my total discomfort is at 100%. Please give me some advice. I see my gastro dr regualry and like him,however he does not give me any real ideas of how to handle this pain.

Hello,if it is IBS you will have alternative bolts of loose stools and constipation,the bolting and discomfort may be due to,
1.gastritis
2.accumulation of air
3.accumulation of water
you need to take a second opinion and do tests like the ultrasound,if required ct scan also to diagnose please consult a gastroenterologist for second opinion if the tests are already done
