What Causes Blood And Yellow Discharge From A Breast?

for a few years i have noticed a yellow, sticky, sometimes thick with a lil wierd but not bad odor, sometime thin liquid coming from my right breast only when i squeeze gently, i was not too alarmed about it until i saw blood coming from the same nipple along with the yellow liquid. i did a sono on my breast and everything was fine, but im worried because my grand mother had breast cancer. am i ok or should i get a second opinion?
