When I unrinate circular specks of blood float on top of the water. I have irregular periods and I have just finished taking progesterone asetate. I also have been having slight vaginal irritation. The floating circles of blood are new and I'm not currently bleeding. The blood does not dissolve in water. There is also flesh like blood particles after I pee. What could be causing this problem
