What Causes Blood In Vomiting And Pain In The Lower Abdomen?

Hello Dr, my wife using Via Ananas, but after she used 30 pills, she noticed a blood in her vomiting last night, and also she has pain at her lower stomach. Also she is smoking half pack a day. Now I asked to stop taking Via Ananas and stop smoking until we see a Dr by tomorrow.

So please help us out if she is okay as we are so worry? Do you think it is from Via Ananas that cause the bleeding?
