What Causes Blotchy And Red Skin On Chest While Having Stomach Bug?

Hello. I have been suffering from a stomach bug all day with vomiting. I have not been able to keep anything down so I assume it is a stomach bug. However every time I am sick, my chest goes blotchy, bright red and my skin burns. Bad. I have never had this happen before so I am quite worried. Thank you for your time.

underlying viral infection with anxiety manifestation causing hormonal
changes.
