What Causes Bluish Discoloration Of Lips And Nails?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I am 66 and have had migraines since I was 19, on thursday I had a bad migraine, took zomig and tramacet, looked very pale all day and at one point I noticed my lips looked blueish, I checked my fingers and my nails were also blue, this is a new symptom to me, should I tell my GP.
