What Causes Body Ache And Piercing Pain In Legs?
I am a 30 year old female and deal with constant body aches and pain and pins and needles in feet, legs. I went to rheumatology and had blood work done but only thing that came back positive was ANA. I had mono when I was 20 but ever since i periodically feel very ill, tired, and achy. I am unsure what is wrong with me.

ANA titer high needs a little more specific work up to sort out auto immune disease like lupus and behcet. it needs a complete clinical correlation with anti smith, anti double stranded DNA antibodies and 24 hour urine collection panel to connect the dots.Connect with a rheumatologist for further management
