What Causes Body Lightness With Hip Size Reduction And Weight Loss?

Hello, I am a diabetic for 1o years now There was a recent medication change(only oral, no insulin) I have started feeling my body is becoming light from what I was before 25 days, my hip size and all feels for me very much reduced... almost all people (relative/friends) have told i have lost more weight, how and are you ok, they are asking, but for the six to eight months, my sugar level was out of control, that much I can say, please advise...

Short answer.your wight loss is because of longstanding uncontrolled blood sugar.
Detailed answer.
Long standing uncontrolled sugar will give many complications. So I recommend you to have adequate exercises.
Next thing is dietary food regulations.
And medications if it is not controlled by oral medication you can change to insulin regimen as your treating physician advice.
