i am 20 yr old. i recently had a viral infection and eventually got severe pain in both the arms specially the shoulders, wrists and fingers, pain in ankles, knees and calf muscles of both the legs. At times, i also have numbness in my right hand and have cough as well. I also feel fatigue and have severe headache all the time. Its been a week since the viral ended but there has been no improvement. What could be the reason for the pain?

this is myalgia and reactive arthritis. this usually occurs due to the toxins left over in the body by the viral. that acts against the body tissues. to get relieved of it faster eat citrus fruits, take vitamin C suppliments and drink a lot of water.
