What Causes Bowel Movement To Have Nothing But Blood?

Today I had a bowel movement and the toilet was filled with nothing but blood it happened once before but I shrugged it off because it only happened once (probably a bad idea) recently I have been undergoing tests to find the cause of my upper stomach pain triggered by eating, everything came out fine including gallbladder which the doctor was concerned about. I m not sure where to go from here

bleeding in stool can be due to many causes like Peptic ulcer disease,gastritis,hemeroids etc , if u were my patient I also would like to exam ur lower GIT n see pathology so that u can treated properly, I would like to run some test like stool R/E colonoscopy proper detail history so that u can get ur dx n treated properly.
