Hi, I'm 42 years old and I just had a case of strep throat. I almost finished my prescribed antibotic when I started having a pulling and burning pain around the outer side of my right breast that has since traveled to thr middle. As long as I keep my bra on and the breast is elevated I don't feel the pain. As soon as i release the breast from the support of the bra I feel a terrible pulling and burning pain in the right breast. I'm not sure what is causing it and I don't know if it had anything to do with the other infection I had (strep throat) but it did happen right after it.
