Hello
Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You mention that you have brown spots since three years that has not change the total characteristics.

It is not injury because these elements are persistent.

About the medication for your thyroid condition i suggest to do the thyroid test(TSH test) to see if you need dosis adjusment.
Armour is used to treat hypothyroidism and for the treatment or prevention of various types of euthyroid (non-toxic) goiter.

I suggest to discuss with your treating endocrinologist about your exact thyroid diagnosis and the possible side effects of Armour treatement.

As endocrinologist i can say that your hormone therapies,Armor thyroid, progresteron and the transdermal estrogen ,are not the cause of your actual problem and these treatements are very important for your body and your total well-beeing.

My advice is to consult physically a dermatologist in your area because in my opinion it can be a local dermatologic problem.

Hope this information is helpful.
Best regards.
