What Causes Bumps On Back And Chest?

I am a 20 year old guy. I have had very bad acne in the past. I have not been eating healthy, don't sleep much, and am not able to shower daily. I have large clear fluid filled cyst like bumps on my back and chest. They don't really hurt unless I push on them. What are they and what can I do about thm?
