What Causes Burning/numbness In Knee/calf/thigh After Tried Fixing Knee Cap?

Hi, my knee cap was feeling out of place and I was trying to bend and straighten it out while lying on the bed to fix it. I then went downstairs, felt a little out of place still, then I bent down with my knees to get something in a cabinet and it felt like a giant explosion of pain or fluid, behind my knee cap in the center, and I screamed briefly. Ive been sitting on the couch for the last 30 min and my knee, calf, thigh area is burning and a little numb....I don't see any swelling

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

I have read your query.

From your history, you may have Chondromalacia patella. So you should consult orthopedic surgeon who will do your physical examination and x-ray affected knee AP, Lateral and skyline view.

Only after tallying the reports your final diagnosis can be made and further treatment can be advised.

I hope it helps.

You are welcome to ask further health related queries.

If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.

In future if you wish to contact me directly, you can use the below mentioned link:
